But Captain, it is just to protect you.

 

This is the facility itself.

The inmates are housed at the upper
floors and there is a guardhouse and
medical staff on the bottom floor
On the barbed wire surrounding the facility,
you can see the remains of some poor soul
who tried to escape without paying the
training bond.
Almost all fences have traces of inmates who have
tried to escape in vain.
The barbed wire is everywhere.
There must be horrible secrets hidden
somewhere.
The inmates though, have no secrets. There are
cameras to spy on them everywhere.
There are cameras even where the inmates
are doing their heavy labor.
